Hi, I’m Rachael Elsworth, Founder & Client Success Partner at Your Event Team. I’m an accomplished event professional with over 20 years’ experience delivering conferences, exhibitions, and sponsorship programs across Australia.
I have held senior leadership roles at Concept Event Management and Arinex, where I managed large-scale national and international programs and built long-standing client partnerships. My work has spanned every stage of event delivery, from strategy and sponsorship to logistics and delegate experience, consistently achieving standout results.
